Cousins photo shoot

My dad took these pictures of Evans and his cousins, Taylor and Kaitlyn. It was quite a challenge to get them all looking the same direction, but I love how they turned out. Here are some of my favorites!

On my way to a Huggies commercial!

Have you seen the Huggies commercial for the blue jean diapers? I don't have a white button down shirt, but if I did I think I could definitely be the next baby for the commercial! My Mimi calls this my "jiaper!"

Seven months old

Evans, you are 7 months old today! I say this every month, but time is flying by too fast! You are the sweetest boy and we love every minute with you! This month, you learned to do the army crawl, and we can hardly keep up with you now! You scoot everywhere and are into everything! You LOVE cords (like the laptop or monitor cord) and anything electronic (like the phone, laptop, remote control, and iPhone). You have been to the pool several times and love it. You have liked every kind of baby food we have given you, so I hope this means that you will always be a good eater! :) You have tried some real food, too--strawberries, cantaloupe, french fries, sweet potatoes, and frozen yogurt (just a tiny bit!) and love all of those also! I sure am enjoying being home with you this summer!

First swim

A couple of weeks ago, we took Evans to the pool at the country club for the first time. At first, he was not so sure about the water--it was a little too cold for him. Once he got used to it, thouth, he loved it! We are enjoying going in the evenings when Matt gets home so it is not so hot outside, and Evans has so much fun each time we go!

Field trip to the zoo

My class went on a field trip to the zoo, so my parents brought Evans to meet us there--such a fun day!
